Thermoplastic surface treatment

Korroterm's business idea is through its unique expertise to offer end-to-end solutions in the functional thermoplastic surface treatment of products with demanding applications

to the lowest possible total cost.

In addition we powder coat products to supplement our business where this is adequate.

Working on the basis of customer value/customer needs (the surface must be able to withstand stringent requirements in a tough environment) we select the production technique (pre-treatment, fluidised bed coating or electrostatic spraying) and polymer/thermoplastic.

We can coat anything from small springs to really large components.

We can coat the entire component or just partially coat it.

We also colour products in line with the RAL scale.

Our aim is to increase the value to our customers of our production in order to meet customer requirements/needs.

This can include consultancy, purchasing materials, testing, packaging and delivery of the finished product to the clients end customer.

We also sell thermoplastic powder as a distributor for DuPont in Scandinavia.

Korroterm has developed the patentedlamp post protectionKorroGuard that stops corrosion caused by dog urine and salt splashes. The product increased the service

life of lamp posts. We also renovate existing lamp post in line withthe Korroterm method and coat these either completely or partially with thermoplastic. Renovation provides significantly more
